| Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with it, please return it within 30 days in an UNUSED CONDITION, and we will credit your credit card for the total purchase price minus shipping fees which are not refundable. Autographicals™ magnetic art designs must be in their original condition with all pieces still attached to their sheets. We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Even though every care is taken in fulfilling your order, in the event you receive an incorrect design we will re-send you the correct one at our cost. You may keep the first design as our gift or return it to us at our cost. For all returns please remember to enclose a copy of your order confirmation so we know who you are, and tell us the reason why you are returning the item. We cannot accept returns more than 30 days after delivery. Shipping No matter how many Autographicals™ you purchase, we offer a flat fee of $5.95 for shipping. We ship via the US Post Office or Fedex Ground to get you your Autographicals™ as soon as possible, usually in 2 to 5 days.
